Rules
Please read the next rules attentively:1. As stated previously, you'll be contacted primarily by email, so please provide below a valid email address.2. Related to the previous rule, we’ll contact you via Tumblr/Discord/Twitter/Bluesky only under special circumstances. Please make sure to have your inbox open for everyone or make sure to follow us on our socials. Otherwise, it’ll be impossible to contact you.3. If you’ve previously dropped out (in 2025 or other previous years), depending on your circumstances, we will contact you for clarification.4. Due to feedback from a few Santas, crossovers are not allowed. We want to keep the TnB characters as the focus of this event, and not everyone is familiar with other fandoms so we won’t allow requests involving characters from other franchises. However, you can still ask for AUs and clothes swaps. For example: you can ask for an AU where Kotetsu and Barnaby are Demon Slayers, but not where they fight alongside Tanjiro and Nezuko.5. OCs and Canon/OC ships are welcome! We advise that you give as much information about your OC as possible to make your Santa’s job easier (however, please remember that this remains at your Santa’s discretion).6. AI is explicitly forbidden. No exceptions. If we find any traces of AI in your gift, you'll be permanently banned.7. As stated previously, minors are allowed to join this event; however, they aren’t allowed to request or work on nsfw. If we find out you lied about your age, you’ll be banned.8. Contacting your recipient on your own is forbidden. If you have a question for them, contact us and we'll ask them in your place.9. There will be a mandatory check-in from December 10th to 15th. It’s a form that takes 10 minutes to complete. You must fill out this check-in to make sure you’re working on your gift. If you don’t, we’ll assume you’re out of the event, and we’ll search for a pinch-hitter for your recipient.10. We have a “3-year no repeat clause” for matchmaking. This means, if you joined the previous years, we make sure your Santa/recipient hasn’t been repeated the previous three events; aka if you gifted to or received a gift from someone within the last 3 events, you will not be tasked to them or vice versa until the 4th time ongoing. If you are tasked to them again on the 4th year or beyond, the 3-year cooldown will begin again. This is less a rule and moreso clarity on matching you to your giftee and your santa.

Where will we post our gift?
You can post your gift anywhere you want! You can post it on Tumblr/Twitter/Bluesky with the hashtag #TnBSecretSanta25 and we'll reblog it! Or you can send it to us and we'll send the gift to your recipient, your choice!What does the "Check-in" mean?
By December 15, we'll set up a check-in form so you can tell us your current gift-making status.
This doesn't mean you have to have your gift finished, but confirming that you're working on it is necessary to ensure your recipient receives a Christmas gift!What happens if I don't fill out this submission form?
If you don't fill out this form, we'll contact you to ensure you have your gift ready when the posting period starts. If we don't hear any word from you, we'll call a pinch-hitter for your recipient.
